PHYSICS REQUIREMENT:

Physics Particle Debate (March 3, Wednesday, 1:00p.m., 4th floor)

- 3 team members : proposal, rebuttal, summary
- Banner (tarpaulin)
- maximum 3' x 4'
- include particle name, symbol, classification facts, significance, history, etc. (must be pretty)
- section color : house color (ORANGE)
- all members of the section should wear their house shirt
- bring balloons in your team color
- prepare a section cheer and dance



Debate format:
Affirmative (A) and Negative (N):
1- proposal
2- rebuttal
3- summary

*opening and summary speaker are the same


Sequence:
I. Opening Statements ( 1 minute per speaker)

2. 3N
II. Affirmative ( 3 minuntes per speaker)
1. 1A
2. 2N
III. Negative (3 minutes per speaker)
1. 1N
2. 2A
IV. Summary (1.5 minutes per speaker)
1. 3N
2. 3A



Proposition: That (section) should be removed from among the fourth year sections of Pisay.

Affirmative Negative

2. Gluon vs Charm
1. Photon vs Truth
3. Muon vs Tau


*So truth will go against photon in the first round.
*Since we are on the negative side, We will fight for Truth
to stay among the fourth year sections of Pisay.
