Monitors must approach me at the start of the contest so you can get the attendance sheet. Each person must sign it, get a 'broken heart', list the letter or symbol you'll find on it and write it beside your name then look for your 'perfect match'.

To identify your 'perfect match', use the VSA matchmaker aka weekend bonus posted on the smiley board near rm 404.

The first pair to find each other's perfect match will share 14 bonus points on the problem set (VSA:valentine special activity) that will be released on Monday Feb 1 due on Feb 14 on or before 12NN.

• Synopsis of the story: 1 page
• Analysis of the story (include historical context): 2 pages
• Script of presentation: 2 or more pages
